As a socio-technical paradigm it is imperative that every person who can help make your data mesh implementation a success understands the benefits the architecture unlocks. This drives the engagement to a level beyond helping you architect and implement but taking on some of the hard work themselves!
Setting up an appropriate ownership hierarchy from domain to data product ensures that the people who know the subject best and are most passionate take responsibility for their area.
This session looks at the ownership hierarchy that has been implemented, how it has been communicated to the business in a way that has enthused owners and is making data mesh a success at an investment management company
